The portal sends strictly transactional emails. This includes: account registration confirmations (Double Opt-in), password reset links, shipment status updates, customs clearance notifications, delivery confirmations, and critical system alerts regarding account security or service changes.

No. We strictly do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk emails. All our communications are transactional and are triggered by user actions or are necessary for the functionality and security of the service.

We take data privacy seriously. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We strictly follow our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
